2021 (Virtual) Bluegrass Brunch

While the pandemic may have shut down live music, it will not deter us from gathering in spirit and keeping our music and community alive in 2021.
We are pleased to announce that our 9th annual bluegrass brunch will carry on as a weekly, one hour, live-streamed event viewable FREE on both our Facebook Page and our YouTube Channel!
HOW IT WILL WORK
Each Saturday in Jan-Feb from 11am-12pm, members of the High 48s will swap songs and stories from their respective homes for the first 30 minutes and then invite some of our closest musical friends on to perform for the second half of the hour.
The band will remain “onstage” throughout the show, providing an audience for each performer and to respond to your comments and questions in the real-time chat. Just like our physical brunches, the emphasis will be on connecting with each other, so, we encourage you to take part in the conversation during the show!
SPECIAL GUESTS
We’ve got some amazing musicians lined-up to help us get through the winter including:
Becky Schlegel & Heath Loy, Nate Sipe (of Pert Near Sandstone), Kim & Quillan Roe (of Roe Family Singers), Chris Silver (of Good Intentions), Art & Stephanie Stevenson (of Art Stevenson & High Water), Derek Johnson (of Monroe Crossing), Rina Rossi, AJ Srubas & David Robinson (of Steam Machine & Back Up and Push), Mother Banjo and Catie Jo Pidel & Caludo (streaming live from Switzerland!).
