We’re excited to announce our annual fall show, “Under a Bluegrass Moon,” happening at the Parkway Theater in Minneapolis on Friday, November 14th!!
Back by popular demand, we will once again be joined by the amazing acoustic duo LaPlant Road, featuring Emily LaPant and Liz Ashworth. They brought the house down last year and we had so much fun picking together with them, we can’t wait to do it again!!
If you’ve never been to The Parkway, it is a beautifully restored 1930s-era theater with a great sound system 🔊 and a full bar 🍸. There is plenty of neighborhood parking and it is surrounded by a bunch of wonderful local restaurants, including the adjoining Creekside Supper Club.
In what has become an annual fall event, expect plenty of hot pickin’, high lonesome harmonies, and heartfelt songwriting Under A Bluegrass Moon!

Meet LaPlant Road
LaPlant Road is the duo of two childhood friends, Emily LaPlant and Liz Ashworth, who grew up in the tundra of Northern Minnesota. They found warmth and purpose in the music shared by the dwellers of LaPlant Road, a place named after early settlers who established themselves in the area a century prior. Together, Liz and Emily work to create new sounds, incorporating influence from their favorite genres, and crafting an audio ode to many of the best things in their childhood: music, family, and friends. Both ladies are multi-instrumentalists with a dynamic, harmonious vocal blend.
