I really like good bluegrass bands, especially those with a

The High 48s are an energetic, very polished group from Minneapolis
that are guaranteed to get the crowd moving. They have an excellent sound
rooted in traditional bluegrass with a country twist, and their fantastic fiddle tunes are not to be missed.

The High 48s are a professional group of musicians who play well, sing well,
and put on a very entertaining show. The audience loved them! Their songs include traditional bluegrass, original tunes and some gospel. Their harmonies are really tight. They made a lot of new fans in Wisconsin!

You all put on an excellent show in Hutchinson today. I've never been an obssessive bluegrass fan, but I like folk, old-school country and alt-country. Your take on "Sin City" was excellent. I've always liked the great harmonies on the original version and you kept that, but took the song in a different direction. Your cover blows Beck's version
right out of the water and I was happy to find it's included on your CD. Best of luck and I can't wait to see you perform again.

Just wanted to thank you again for coming to Bemidji. We enjoyed your concert here so much and have heard lots of good comments about the show!! Be sure to thank the other guys too and we hope you can come back again.
